Fluidtime is a technology company specialised in Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Our goal is to combine sharing services, micro-mobility and public transport in one app. Because daily mobility must be simple and sustainable. For this purpose we develop smart backend and frontend solutions. With almost two decades of experience, we know what we are talking about. Nevertheless, we have remained young at heart. We enjoy working and celebrating together, currently virtually and otherwise in our loft office in the 7th district. Your first day at Fluidtime

At Fluidtime we place particular emphasis on ensuring that new employees find their way around and feel comfortable.

Introduction
Your first working day begins with a warm welcome from your team leader. He or she will give you the most important information, show you your workplace and introduce you to your new colleagues.
Mentor
From the very beginning you will be accompanied by a mentor so that you can easily get used to your new surroundings. This person shows you where to find what on the server or in the office, gives insights into your workflow and is your first point of contact for questions.
Eating together

When we are all in the office, we have lunch together in our kitchen, where the whole company comes together.

Your new work routine

You spend most of the time with your team. The developer teams consist of about 5-10 people.

Scrum

We use the Agile Scrum method for our architecture and software products. Wir rely on Continous Deployment and Continous Integration. Our main languages are: Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin and Swift.
Always up-to-date
The “Daily” takes place at 10:00 a.m., where we discuss the tasks per team for each day. Every second Wednesday we have our FLUX: a company-wide presentation of the sprint results from all teams on successes, new product features and strategic plans.
