The management team consists of executives from various industries and services, who together decide on the strategic direction of Fluidtime. The management team is responsible for strategic issues such as corporate and product development, marketing, financing and partnerships, and encourages our experienced employees to work together to meet all requirements and turn the ideas of our customers and partners into reality. We work together to make their mobility projects as well as Fluidtime more successful in the long run.

Michael Kieslinger is CEO of Fluidtime Data Services GmbH, which he founded in Vienna in 2004. The IT company develops intelligent solutions for the mobility and traffic sector and is now Austria’s leading and internationally recognized provider of MaaS solutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily. Before founding Fluidtime, Kieslinger was Associate Professor at the Interaction Design Institute in Ivrea, Italy, from 2001 to 2004, where he was responsible for research and teaching in the field of service design. Previously, he worked for several years at the Royal Institute of Technology in the area of Human Computer-Music Interaction. Michael Kieslinger has extensive experience in the management of research and industry projects as well as in the conception and design of interactive information services. He regularly shares his knowledge as a guest speaker at numerous national and international events. He studied interaction design at the Royal College of Art in London and computer music and electronic media at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna.
Rita Landauer is responsible for all operative and commercial business concerns, as Chief Operating Officer. Apart from being in charge of the different project teams and the projects themselves, a major focus of her duties is the internal implementation of the business strategy. She is also responsible for organisational and procedural optimisation, financial agendas and HR. Rita Landauer has long experience in management as well as profound knowledge in organisational development, change management processes and project and process management. She studied international business management at the University of Vienna.
Stephan Strodl is responsible for Fluidtime’s business and product strategy. As CTO he is responsible for the development of our software product and ensures the successful implementation of our projects. Stephan Strodl has extensive experience in project management of research and industrial projects, software development, quality assurance and business process management. He has graduated in Computer Science and Business Informatics from the Vienna University of Technology.
As Fluidtime’s Head of Sales, Vlad Marica is responsible for Fluidtime’s sustainable growth through signing new customers, generating leads and opportunities and building up a partner network comprising transport service-, mobility- and other service providers. Vlad ensures the organic growth of both our company and our products and represents the company at events and shows. He has amassed experience in the art, aviation and entertainment industries, where Vlad has led several high-profile transnational projects; he graduated from the Vienna University of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering after specializing in fluid dynamics and green energy.
As Head of Marketing & Customer Relationships, Stefanie Pichler manages Fluidtime’s communication and marketing activities in order to strengthen the company’s market presence in the long term. She organizes events such as the Fluidtime MaaS Symposium and is the contact person for media, conferences and trade fairs. She supports existing customers in planning and implementing marketing measures to increase app user numbers and raise awareness of mobility projects. Furthermore, she is responsible for the initial contact and builds relationships with potential customers. Previously, Stefanie Pichler worked for several years as a PR consultant for corporate communications in the energy, industry and FMCG sectors. She studied journalism and communication science at the University of Vienna and spent a year abroad at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
