The management team consists of executives from various industries and services, who together decide on the strategic direction of Fluidtime. The management team is responsible for strategic issues such as corporate and product development, marketing, financing and partnerships, and encourages our experienced employees to work together to meet all requirements and turn the ideas of our customers and partners into reality. We work together to make their mobility projects as well as Fluidtime more successful in the long run.

Michael Kieslinger

Michael Kieslinger

CEO and founder

Michael Kieslinger is CEO of Fluidtime Data Services GmbH, which he founded in Vienna in 2004. The IT company develops intelligent solutions for the mobility and traffic sector and is now Austria’s leading and internationally recognized provider of MaaS solutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily and has become part of the internationally renowned Kapsch Group in 2016. Before founding Fluidtime, Kieslinger was Associate Professor at the Interaction Design Institute in Ivrea, Italy, from 2001 to 2004, where he was responsible for research and teaching in the field of service design. Previously, he worked for several years at the Royal Institute of Technology in the area of Human Computer-Music Interaction. Michael Kieslinger has extensive experience in the management of research and industry projects as well as in the conception and design of interactive information services. He regularly shares his knowledge as a guest speaker at numerous national and international events. He studied interaction design at the Royal College of Art in London and computer music and electronic media at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna.

Rita Landauer

Rita Landauer is responsible for all operative and commercial business concerns, as Chief Operating Officer. Apart from being in charge of the different project teams and the projects themselves, a major focus of her duties is the internal implementation of the business strategy. She is also responsible for organisational and procedural optimisation, financial agendas and HR. Rita Landauer has long experience in management as well as profound knowledge in organisational development, change management processes and project and process management. She studied international business management at the University of Vienna.

Stephan Strodl

Stephan Strodl

Head of Products and Solutions

Stephan Strodl is responsible for Fluidtime’s business and product strategy. As Head of Products and Solutions he is responsible for the development of our software product and ensures the successful implementation of our projects. Stephan Strodl has extensive experience in project management of research and industrial projects, software development, quality assurance and business process management. He has graduated in Computer Science and Business Informatics from the Vienna University of Technology.

Stefanie Pichler

Stefanie Pichler

Head of Marketing and Customer Relationships

Stefanie Pichler is responsible for Fluidtime’s communication and accompanying marketing activities. She is in charge of the company’s online presence, organizes events such as the Fluidtime Symposium and is the contact person for media, conferences and trade fairs. Furthermore, she manages the initial contact and establishes relationships with potential customers. Previously, Stefanie Pichler worked for several years as a PR consultant for corporate communications in the energy, industry and FMCG sectors at a Viennese PR agency. During her studies she gained professional experience in several marketing and event agencies in Vienna and Graz. She studied journalism and communication sciences at the University of Vienna and completed a one-year study abroad at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
