Your Tasks:

  • Design, implement and maintain automation tools, processes and infrastructure to optimise the agile development cycle
  • Design and develop automated tools and scripts to enable repeatable processes such as deployment, testing, monitoring and scaling
  • Developing and optimising our CI/CD pipelines to enable developers to regularly integrate and deploy code into the production environment
  • Build monitoring systems to continuously monitor the performance of applications and systems When problems occur, analyse data, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure reliability and performance
  • Work closely with developers and quality assurance
  • Actively contribute to the architecture of a complex software solution
  • Become a valued member of a team of dedicated software developers in a company with a friendly working environment

The job is perfect for you if you bring the following:

  • Solid IT knowledge (HTL, FH, University)
  • A number of years of professional experience in the field of agile software development
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, …)
  • Experience with various build and deployment tools (e.g. Jenkins, Gradle, Fastlane, …)
  • Experience with architecture, maintenance and operation of container and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, Docker Swarm, …)
  • Experience in maintaining, deploying and monitoring web services and database systems
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Shell, Python, Ruby, …)
  • Interest in current trends and long-term, continuous development of sustainable products
  • Ability to work in a team, willingness to develop, sense of responsibility and reliability
  • You value quality and accuracy, which is reflected in the way you work
  • You like to take the initiative and drive issues that are important to you
  • You are open to different opinions and enjoy working as part of a team

Ideally, you also have:

  • Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Experience with the operation of Java services
  • Experience with monitoring, logging and configuration management tools (e.g. Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK-Stack, Ansible, …)
  • Experience with Azure
  • Residence in Vienna or nearby

Your Tasks:

As a Product Manager, you will play a decisive role in the design and further development of our FluidLife range. Your main tasks include:

  • Product strategy: Joint further development of the product strategy in close coordination with the teams and taking into account corporate goals, customer requirements and market developments.
  • Roadmap management: Planning and management of the product roadmap based on the product strategy and in compliance with time and budget constraints.
  • Requirements management: Elaboration of requirements for the development of new innovative functions as well as the optimization of existing features with a special focus on user experience and privacy/security aspects.
  • Product development: Collaboration with the development teams in the conception and specification of features as well as content-related support during implementation
  • Processes and documentation: design and further development of the relevant processes and product documentation for the various target groups
  • Customer communication: Close cooperation with Sales and Customer Success Management to collect customer feedback, analyze needs and incorporate customer expectations into future developments.

The job is perfect for you if you bring the following:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. product or innovation management, computer science, business administration, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of professional experience in product management, preferably in the area of digital platforms or Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs and integrate them into product development.
  • Competence in the analysis and formulation of business requirements as well as in the definition of user experience requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of technical processes and the ability to prepare and communicate complex concepts in an understandable way.
  • Ability to work in a team and openness to other opinions as well as the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  • Initiative in driving forward important issues paired with an organized and reliable way of working.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit as well as economic and strategic expertise.
