How does the application process work?
If you have applied for one of our job openings, your documents will be evaluated by the responsible person in our team. This process can take 2-4 weeks.
The first interview is a chance to get to know each other and usually lasts one hour. The supervisor presents the position to you and we match if your professional background fits. If there is also a cultural fit, we invite you for a second round.
In the second interview you will also get to know a member of the management team and/or a colleague. We will tell you after every interview how long it will take until you hear from us.
If all interviews went positive, nothing stands in the way of a successful start at Fluidtime.
Can I send a send an unsolicited application and what happens to it?
We are looking forward to your unsolicited application. Your application will be stored in a pool for general applications. Please let us know which fields you are interested in and what your professional emphases are. This makes it easier for us to match your profile with our needs. In case your application fits, we will invite you for an interview. If we do not have any vacancies in your area, your application stays in the pool which we regulare go through before new job openings. If you want to withdraw your application or wish to have your data deleted, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Who can I address myself to if I have questions or need more information?
For question with regard to your application you can always address yourself to email@example.com or the person named in the job ad as your contact person.
Are all jobs on the website still available even if they are online for a long time already?
We update our job offers on a regular basis. All positions which you find on our homepage are still open.
In which file format can I send my application?
You can send us attachments in the following file formats:
pdf-, doc-, xls-, ppt-, pps-, rtf-, txt-, odt-, ods-, odp-, jpg-, gif-, png- or bmp-files.
Please note that attachments should not be bigger than 20 MB.
